This bespoke interior project at 160 Dalston Lane, London, was delivered in collaboration with Helene Bowden Design for a music rehearsal and recording studio. The brief called for a brick with both refinement and presence that could introduce depth, texture and a distinctive visual rhythm within this minimalist workspace. Working closely with Creative Brick Solutions, the designer selected a bespoke blend of Lagon and Lagon Nuance Crystal Clear Glazed Long Format Brick Slips, chosen for their tonal variation and exceptional light-catching blue finish.
Arranged in a 330 × 50 long format profile, the slips were adhesively fixed to create crisp lines and a refined, contemporary surface. Subtle shifts in hue and glaze bring vibrancy to the walls within this studio. The result is a calm yet characterful interior.
This glazed blend provides a striking backdrop that enhances the recording studio and creative workspace, balancing visual interest with a clean, modern aesthetic.
