Single Fired Glazed Bricks

Single-fired glazing consists in simultaneously firing the raw terracotta and finely crushed coloured glass in the same firing process. Much like what you would find with natural terracotta, the baking process allows for products with more shades.

What are glazed bricks?





Glazed bricks are standard clay bricks finished with a hard, glossy surface created through a high-temperature glazing process. How are glazed bricks fixed to a wall?





Glazed bricks are installed in much the same way as standard clay bricks, using traditional bricklaying methods. What mortar should be used to install glazed bricks?




