Beverley House
Beverley House is a distinctive residential project using Mystique brick to create a refined facade for a luxury development in York.
The use of this brick helps give the scheme a strong architectural identity, bringing texture, depth and permanence to the new residential elements around the site. As part of the wider redevelopment, Creative Brick Solutions also supported the project by supplying prefabricated lintels, which create a modern window and soffit detail.
The development was designed by Vincent & Partners as part of the wider Beverley Court scheme. The overall project combines the restoration and redevelopment of Beverley House with contemporary new-build residential elements to create a high-quality collection of homes in York.
Developed by Southbank Homes, Beverley House is part of a luxury residential scheme that carefully balances heritage and contemporary design. The considered use of Mystique brick helps anchor the development within its setting, giving the new elevations a durable and visually rich material finish.
The brickwork shapes the appearance of the project, adding consistency and character throughout the development. Its tone and texture help create a confident residential facade, reinforcing the quality of the scheme while supporting the relationship between the restored villa and the new buildings.
These carefully selected brick choices, alongside the use of prefabricated lintels in the construction work, demonstrate how Beverley House brings together strong material character, thoughtful residential design and a high-quality architectural finish in one of York’s distinctive luxury housing developments.
