“Explore” Eton House, Richmond
Our team at Creative Brick Solutions enjoyed being involved with the specification and supply of the specialist slips on this modern refurbishment. For this project, Darling Associates Architects used Villandry smooth brick slips with Ash and Lacey’s NaturAL X System, which was supplied via Aquarian Cladding.
Located in Richmond, London, the Explore offices, which were formally known as Eton House, have undergone a complete transformation. With a focus on energy efficiency and improving its users’ mental health and well-being, this redevelopment has given the building a new lease of life.
The development included the additional top floor with a roof terrace and external garden, a gym and changing rooms with a complete re-design. The use of Ash and Lacey’s NaturAL X System enabled Architects to meet the design requirements with a cost-effective solution.
These brick slips are a great way of using a brick slip system whilst maintaining a natural-looking finish. They combine traditional manufacturing methods whilst supplying the MMC market.
