Designed with a patient-centric layout, the ground floor of the medical centre features a welcoming glazed waiting area, consultation rooms, treatment spaces, and reception, all arranged for intuitive navigation and efficiency. The upper level accommodates administrative and staff areas, including debriefing rooms and support facilities. The building’s prominent placement on Stephenson Way in cream brick gives cohesion to the high street while allowing the centre to act as an architectural focal point.

This project has been designed for potential adaptation to future service needs, designed with sustainability in mind, with a durable material palette.
