Creative Brick Solutions worked closely with the design team to specify Hurstwood Multi, a soft, multi-toned brick with gentle colour variation that brings warmth and texture to the facades. Its weathered yet modern appearance gives the development an established feel from day one, helping it to sit comfortably within the local context. This was paired with cast stone detailing, including window surrounds and coping stones, which offer contrast and architectural refinement across the scheme.

Our role extended from early-stage consultation through to final supply, providing brick samples, technical guidance, and support throughout the build. The result is a carefully considered material palette that supports the project’s ambition to deliver high-quality, design-led homes.
